At my core, I’m a self-starter with a deep love for organization, structure and a drive to make things better. I’m energized by collaboration, problem-solving, and bringing clarity to complex challenges.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me on horseback enjoying the outdoors, at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, or getting lost in a great story.
I’m someone who’s passionate about organization, interior decorating, creativity, and meaningful connection. I love learning and exploring new ideas—whether through books, travel, or conversations that challenge and inspire me. I believe in creating beauty and purpose in both spaces and systems, and I bring that same thoughtful, intentional approach to my work and relationships.
Professionally, I’ve built a versatile and well-rounded career that spans several industries. Most recently, I served as a Communications Account/Project Manager for a mega church in Brentwood, TN. In this role, I managed communication strategies and event promotions for regional campuses—balancing internal messaging, external branding, and ministry support. It was a fast-paced environment that required clarity, coordination, and a lot of heart—exactly the kind of setting where I thrive.
Before stepping into the communications world, I spent over 22 years in the precision machining and manufacturing industry. I started as an executive assistant and worked my way up to account executive and eventually sales director. That experience shaped my business acumen and taught me how to lead, negotiate, and deliver results across complex projects and diverse teams.
My professional path has also included roles in commercial insurance, small business ownership, and fitness coaching. These varied experiences have sharpened my adaptability and deepened my understanding of how to build meaningful connections in any setting. Whether I’m launching a marketing campaign, streamlining operations, or collaborating with a new team, I bring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
I thrive in high-pressure environments; however, I also believe in balance, integrity, and humor. I’m passionate about creating structure, encouraging collaboration, and contributing to cultures that are both productive and positive.
Outside of work, I’m most at home in nature or in motion—you can often find me on horseback, at the gym, in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, or curled up with a great story. I believe that who we are outside of work makes us better at what we do, and I try to live and lead with that in mind.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
