Important Cancellation Information

Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice:

Sometimes you need to cancel an appointment. We get it!

Simply call 866-971-1113 and we’ll help you with rescheduling options.

 

Cancellations without 24 hours notice – fees apply:

Me In Order Expert Organizers are in high demand and appointments are often scheduled weeks in advance. A cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment start time will in most cases mean that your Expert Organizer goes without a project for that day. Because of the irreplaceable time lost in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 for each individual Expert Organizer scheduled for your session. Your prompt payment is appreciated and ensures that your organizer is minimally compensated for their unpaid work day.

Cancellations may be made by telephone by calling 866-971-1113. We are available Monday – Friday from 9am to 6pm to take your call. Cancellations made after regular business hours need to be made directly with your Expert Organizer. Their phone number is located at the top of their page on this website. IMPORTANT: Your session is NOT cancelled until you receive confirmation by a Me In Order representative. Leaving a voicemail or text does NOT automatically cancel your session. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation then your Expert Organizer will still arrive at your location at the appointed time.
