Prepaid Monthly Membership Agreement

The Me In Order Prepaid Monthly Membership (“Monthly Membership“) is a monthly organizing subscription service. This agreement creates a contract between you and Me In Order (the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully.

BY CLICKING THE “AGREE” BUTTON/BOX (OR ANY OTHER MECHANISM PROVIDED), OR BY ACCESSING YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBER AND ANY AFFILIATED INDIVIDUAL, ORGANIZATION OR LEGAL ENTITY RECEIVING ME IN ORDER SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND TO BIND THE MEMBER AND ANY SUCH AFFILIATED INDIVIDUAL, ORGANIZATION OR LEGAL ENTITY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement does not supersede any of the terms set forth in the Membership Agreement, the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.  In the unlikely event of a conflict with the Membership Agreement, the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, this Agreement shall not prevail over any contrary interpretation thereof.

This Agreement uses the words “You” and “Your” to mean the individual who has completed the Membership order form, has checked the box agreeing to this Agreement, and is purchasing a Monthly Membership subscription.

What is the Monthly Membership?

By way of this Monthly Membership, Me In Order hereby agrees that you shall be entitled to four (4) hours per month of Expert Organizing with one (1) Expert Organizer for the discounted rate of 25% off the Expert Organizers standard rate throughout the term of this Agreement. Once you have exhausted your Membership hours you may purchase additional organizing hours at your Expert Organizers standard rate posted at their page at MeInOrder.com. Me In Order guarantees that provided that you comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Monthly Rate shall not increase during the Term of this Agreement; provided however, that on a schedule not more frequently than semi-annually, Me In Order has the right to increase its customary charges and notify you of any such increase.

Who is eligible for the Monthly Membership?

You are eligible for Me In Order Membership when you have completed two (2) or more organizing sessions with a Me In Order Expert Organizer within the last twelve (12) months. For the purpose of this agreement a “Completed Session” is greater than or equal to three billable hours.

Is there a minimum duration to the Monthly Membership?

The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall be for an initial term of six (6) months. Upon expiration of the stated Term, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis (monthly basis); provided however, that during such extended Term, either party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party. Once terminated, you will not be eligible for Membership for a period of six months after your cancellation date. 

Can the Monthly Membership be transferred to someone else?

The provisions of this Agreement and the Monthly Membership benefits stated herein apply solely to the individual named and specified on the Membership Order Form and may extend to those who dwell at the same physical address, provided that the organizing is being done at the same physical address. Monthly Membership hours can not be transferred from house to house. Therefore, Membership is one per household and is non-transferable.

What are the fees owed for the Monthly Membership?

You shall pay for the services monthly in advance at the Monthly Rate. At all times during the Term of this Agreement you shall maintain a valid and active credit or debit card (the “Authorized Card”) on file with Me In Order, and by acceptance of this Agreement, you hereby authorize Me In Order to charge the Authorized Card monthly, on the first day of each month, for the applicable monthly billing for Me In Order services as set forth herein, as well as for any other charges incurred by you pursuant to this Agreement. In the event that Me In Order is unable to collect monthly payment for any reason from the Authorized Card, Me In Order is authorized to impose a $35.00 late fee/administrative fee for each payment which cannot be collected and, at Me In Order’s election, pursue such remedies as available hereunder for default by you as the Member.

Do the Monthly Membership hours accrue if not used?

In the event that you shall fail to utilize the Membership services from Me In Order within any month during the Term of this Agreement, you shall have the right to accrue such service and use such paid service during a later month as long as this Agreement is in full force and effect; provided however, that any service not used within a date twelve (12) months from the date purchased shall no longer accrue and shall be forfeited.

What happens if I start to accumulate hours?

Should you accumulate 12 or more hours, then Me In Order reserves the right to place your Monthly Membership on hold until the accumulated hours have been exhausted. Once your Monthly Membership hours reach zero then you may reactivate your membership.

What if I need to cancel a Monthly Membership appointment? 

You may cancel your appointment with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice from your session start time.

In the event that you have a scheduled appointment and fail to appear for such appointment, then you shall forfeit your four (4) hour session.

In the event that you make a cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, then you shall forfeit two (2) hours of your membership.

What if I default on my Monthly Membership?

In the event that you fail to pay, or otherwise default in your obligations hereunder, in addition to the remedy of terminating this Agreement, Me In Order shall be entitled to collect interest on delinquent sums due from organizing hours completed but not paid for at a rate of 1.5% per month.

General Provisions

Subject headings are included for convenience only and shall not be deemed restrictive in the interpretation of this Agreement. In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.
