Yerusalems original commitment to organise our walk in closet ended up giving us well organised spaces with manageable systems in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a linen closet. She identified and tackle the root causes of our problem resulting in an improved quality of living for us.

Her work ethic, professionalism, commitment and expertise were second to none.

She re purposed existing storage materials and applied practical re organizing tools to every aspect of the project.

We were left in awe of the well organised, beautiful spaces that made us fall in love with our home again.

She is a truly dedicated and professional organiser and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Get To Know Yerusalem

Yerusalem transitioned to professional organizing recently, although she discovered her untapped potential while bringing peace, order, and joy to families through her pro bono decluttering and organizing services since 2018.

She started organizing long before learning about professional organizing, driven by her passion and diverse professional experiences. She is certified as a coder/data analyst and a Global Logistics Specialist, holding a BA degree in Management and Public Administration as well as an MBA.

Yerusalem GizawYerusalem’s first organizing experience began with leading the U.S. Department of State’s American Corner projects at the American Embassy in Ethiopia, where she established functional information resource centers and created order and organizing systems. Her passion for organizing and her professional experiences led her to become an Expert Organizer with Me In Order. Yerusalem likes traveling, hiking, music, puzzle, beading, watching documentary films in her spare time and she also loves cooking and baking for entertaining.

The causes that create clutter or disorganization are different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits all solution to all but allowing Yerusalem to help you bring order and efficiency by creating custom solutions to address your unique needs will help you achieve your life goals and set you free from stress while you continue doing what you love.

I lean more to a night owl but I can be both depending on what I need to do.

What adventure changed your life?

Traveling while freelancing in Fall ’23 helped me redefine ‘success’ and discover my true passion for organizing, which led me to become a professional/expert organizer.

Kindle or paperback book?

I prefer paperbacks as I feel a sense of accomplishment when I turn the physical pages.

When did you first start really getting into organizing?

Long before I knew about organizing, I loved tidying spaces and detangling cords both at home and in my workplace. I started providing pro bono organizing services since 2018 and decided to turn my passion for professional organizing into a career in the summer of 2023.

What did you do before Me In Order, or are you do anything alongside Me In Order?

I have been working as a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst since 2020. Prior to that, I held various roles, including administrative management and regional service scheduling and dispatching. Additionally, I was the founding director of the American Embassy Ethiopia’s information resource center and the American Corner projects under the auspices of the Department of State.
