Get To Know Maxine
Through my diverse career and life experiences, I discovered that I love logistics and organizing. Creating a calm space allows for fuller enjoyment of everything that life has to offer. I love to cook, and can often be found swimming at the beach or the pool. I’m an avid reader and any new interest will send me to the library or bookstore to read up on the subject. Nature is a favorite place to be, and I bring nature into my home and surroundings with plants and outdoor gardening.

Do you have a junk drawer in your house?
Nope!
What did you do before Me In Order, or are you do anything alongside Me In Order?
I am an abstract artist and I also teach art classes locally. Creating is my happy time when I can forget absolutely everything else except the canvas in front of me. And when I’m not creating, I’m finding new ways to organize my studio!
What is your favorite space to organize?
The kitchen can present unique challenges, which I love solving. I also enjoy cooking, and I know that having a well-organized space can add so much to the experience of preparing food for someone.
What would be your personal motto?
Always do the right thing, even if it’s the hardest thing.
If you were given $1,000 to any store of your choice, which store would you choose?
Any art store.
What is your favorite way to destress?
Heading to the beach on a quiet afternoon….nothing like those negative ions and a spectacular sunset to put everything in perspective!
